Welcome to The Goddess of Promised Land book series! I am dedicated to giving you hope that women can change the world with our natural divine feminine powers.When I started writing The Goddess of Promised Land series more than five years ago, my passion for the spirituality of women was deep in my soul. It drove me into action. I wondered, “What if a woman came down from Heaven to save us all?” I hope readers all over the world will be inspired to save the world through their feminine powers of nurturing, love and intellect. But first, the stories must begin. The what ifs can become now we know.
In The Goddess of Promised Land: Genesis, anarchist Amanda Foster and her mother, who is still enmeshed in Jim Crow attitudes, disagree on what to do with an abandoned baby of color found on an old Alabama plantation called Promised Land. After Amanda’s boyfriend is murdered, she flees with the baby to a hidden sanctuary in Virginia so she and the baby can live in peace. It’s there where new love blossoms, but also new dangers.
Will this baby be a gift to humankind or will prejudice rule the world as it has for centuries? Can an anarchist recognize the miracle before her? Will the legend of Promised Land welcome a Spirit-Goddess as a helpless baby?
Only the Goddess knows.
Years have now passed as we now offer the second book in this series. In Lamentations (Book Two), we find our hero Sophia-Emma taking on leadership in her family and community. But with that come dangers that even a Spirit-Goddess will find challenging and life-threatening.
Can she survive to go on with her mission?
I hope you enjoy these books! As more copies of the Book One and Book Two are sold, I’ll be able to publish the final books in the series. These stories will take us into the Goddess’s life as a teen and as an adult.
